Due to the significant weight of our books and the associated high shipping costs, we generally don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that books are sent out in error by Singapore Books (e.g., incorrect title, edition, or quantity), we'll gladly rectify the situation. In such cases, we'll accept returns and cover all associated postage costs.

To initiate a return for an item sent in error, please contact our customer service team at info@singaporebooks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the discrepancy.
